CineSchedule is an easy to use, cost-effective, yet comprehensive way to schedule film productions. It is a stand-alone application, running under Windows 98 / ME / 2000 / XP.

What does CineSchedule do?

In essence, it provides a means to organize the scene shooting order of a film, and produce the necessary documentation to disseminate this information to the cast and crew.

Features include:

Easy, logical operation, and a standard Windows interface.
Script import wizard makes entering the majority of the script breakdown information as simple as clicking a few buttons.
Strips can be arranged by simply dragging them into the desired order.
Strip sort feature can arrange scenes by location, Day / Night, Int / Ext etc.
Elements (cast, extras, props, special effects etc) are simple to enter, and can include information such as contact numbers and SAG day performer hold days.
Banners can be custom colored, and one banner can represent 0 - 99 days in the schedule - useful for travel days, holidays and such like.
Auto-rest days feature automatically inserts rest day banners into the board, maintaining in real-time the correct number of working days a week, no matter how you move scenes around.
Pages-per-day feature inserts day dividers based on the ideal number of script pages you wish to shoot each day
Production board can be printed on plain paper or 11" perforated strip paper, in color or B&W. Overall scale of printed strips can be adjusted.
Breakdown sheets are printed in the traditional 'boxes' style, one for each scene strip
Full shooting schedule or a oneline schedule can be printed
Day-out-of-days can be printed in color, especially useful in pin-pointing SAG day performers with excessive holding days. Shows Start, Working, Dropped, Pickup, Finish and Holding days in the standard grid format.
Element summaries can be printed, complete with all notes.
Cast summary prints out a list of which actors will appear in which scenes on each day of the shoot.
Call sheets can be produced for use on-set. Full information about each days shoot can be entered, such as scenes to shoot, cast, crew, transport etc.
Conform feature allows you to quickly enter the re-arranged strip order from a physical board back into CineSchedule.
Undo feature will undo almost anything you change
Zoom control allows you to adjust the screen viewing size
Mouse wheel will scroll the board left - right or up - down, speeding up navigation.
